About Sophie
My classes are dynamic and physical, they last 1:15 minutes. They are designed for beginners and intermediate levels. I teach mainly ashtanga yoga by Sri Patthabi Jois. This method of dynamic synchronization Yoga included respiration with a progressive series of positions and adapted. Sometimes I also make general breathing exercises called "pranayama," and meditation "dhyana". Depending on your desires, my yoga class can also occur
