About Salomé
I have been teaching yoga since 2015, when I mainly gave private lessons and I organized dynamic yoga events with live music under the name of French Yoga Collective in atypical places like the iBoat. In the meantime, I traveled a lot, lived abroad, especially in Australia and Bali, where I was able to diversify and nourish my teaching with these English-speaking methods that I really like. I also trained as a personal development coach and I breathe these teachings and methods into my classes, because for me personal development and yoga go hand in hand. Today, I therefore teach a dynamic, creative, fluid and musical yoga, which goes beyond the simple physical practice but takes into account the whole person in a holistic way.

We forget the image of boring, rigid and too serious yoga! Here, we practice a fluid, dynamic, fun and uninhibited movement, suitable for all levels and bodies. I teach a vinyasa flow in music and I like to breathe a dose of inspiration into it by putting on my personal development coach cap. A real holistic experience! During private lessons, I take the time to listen to your needs, your story and your intention for these lessons together. From what you share with me, I will concoct a program tailored specifically for you and your goals and we will then embark together for a superb adventure!
