I have studied and gained certified yoga qualifications in Rishikesh, India.
I studied and trained at the world peace yoga school, with experience in hatha and vinyasa yoga.
My qualification is 200 hours teacher training it also includes ashtanga yoga.

My teachings method are simple. I concentrate mainly on the breathing during yoga. Emphasising that yoga is bring in sync with your breathing. I like to push student the a level where there’s growth, but nothing that’s causes harm and complications. Progress is the process.
