About Holly
I tried yoga on and off in my twenties, then during a bout of illness when I turned 30, I had to take some time out of my full-time job and turned to yoga as a therapy to help me through that time and it did.

Beginner friendly but also for anyone that would like to deepen their practice. I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in beautiful Bali in June 2024 and am so happy now to share yoga with others. I primarily teach Hatha yoga but also have experience in Vinyasa and Yin. Lessons are typically 60-90 minutes and for any age. If this reaches out to anyone, please do not hesitate to contact me and ask any questions.
