About Victoria
I discovered yoga 5 years ago and quickly realised how beneficial it can be to your everyday life. Not only is it a great exercise but it really encourages you to slow down, take time for yourself and re-balance your mind. During lockdown I was practicing everyday and decided to pursue yoga teaching. I am now keen to share the joy I find in yoga with anyone who would like to practice with me!
