About Varshitha
I started practicing yoga when I was in my 5th grade and today here I am as a World record holder district level state level and open international level champion who is willing to share the journey of yoga and spirituality to the whole world. When it comes to theoretical aspects I'm a medical student with the complete knowledge of Anatomy and physiology which together makes it easy to make the students understand the complete effect of yoga and asana on their own body when taught in a correct way.

Classes will be more jovial and easy grasping visual method teaching flow charts and diagrams drawing skills and paper presentation will be taught in theory classes. In yoga practical classes students will be taught from the basic to advanced level asanas and will have the opportunity of attending several competitions and visible healthy changes in their body.
