About Deva
Namaste. I am Deva , Indian at heart but at home in the world born in south India where cultural heritage holds a powerful impact on life. I currently reside in EU, UK where I teach yoga and meditation practices. Before settling in the EU, I traveled extensively; living in different countries and experiencing a myriad of cultures around the world. My journey awakened me to a global perspective, leading me to better connections through compassion and sensitivity. Exploring and interacting with the many facets of civilisation worked to broaden my mind, and find purpose in seeking and teaching the inimitable truths that pave the path to an emotionally fulfilled life. The path of my wonderful journey began from the south of Chidambaram temple Tamil Nadu and took me to all over India, allowing me to meet many yogi and have a profound experience in the Himalayas under Swami, my Guru. I love teaching yoga and encouraging people to transform their lives, in every way possible. When layers of stress, the momentum of responsibility, and the pressure and pace of modern life all fall away, you will learn to relax into yourself, in a genuine way. Happiness is never out of sight when you start practicing yoga. You begin a journey towards mastering your mind, body, and life energies. You can become the master of your destiny. The process of yoga is to go beyond the content of the mind, where you can be your essential yourself. My focus is to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and lead a more joyous and happy life.Watching people transform their lifestyle brings me the greatest of joys and appreciation for life. Enriching people’s perspective is my sole purpose and is something I intend to do until my last breath. I am deeply moved by the yogic philosophy and hope to keep the wisdom alive through sharing the knowledge from the sutras and the Gita. Changing someone’s life matters. It is the only thing i desire now there is nothing else that interest me. i know it gonna be challenging yet, i want it with all my Heart. Yoga is my life!
