About Andrea
I am a Personal Life Coach, I have followed various courses in the past that have brought me closer to this profession, becoming a deep passion! I really like working in contact with people, especially helping them develop their mind-set by finding the road happy and rewarding. We will test together all that to date has not allowed us to build what we had in mind in the past. We will work on the mental aspect in depth, since it is from it that all our emotions, sensations, perceptions start.

Our interactions, through calls and video calls + priority assistance, will initially be based on going to eradicate what has not allowed us to see it built today. We talk about emotions, sensations, wrong perceptions. In order to embark on a path that can allow us emotional stability, we must first be ready to leave everything that today does not allow us to move forward, or at least make us believe it by deceiving us. After that we will develop together, and we will go to work hard on the mental aspect, because the key to change is found here. All this, of course, combined with targeted daily training programs, which will allow us to focus more on ourselves by creating motivation and organization over time.
