About Lorelei
"Holding a Licenciatura in Guitarra Flamenca from Mexico and a degree from Berklee College of Music provides me with a solid technical foundation. This education shaped my 6 years of experience playing and teaching flamenco and Latin guitar.
I often work with intermediate learners, teens, and adults who want to improve their acoustic technique or songwriting. My background in Cuban music allows me to guide you through complex strumming patterns and chord transitions with ease. Developing your own sound requires both discipline and an ear for tradition, which is exactly where my guidance helps you progress."

"Learning guitar is rarely about just hitting the right notes. Strumming patterns require a sense of body. I teach power chords and reading tabs. Sheet music is also part of our work.
We focus on tuning and maintenance. Songwriting is encouraged for all students.
Chord transitions are simplified here. Acoustic technique takes time. Feel free to book a session when ready."
