About Akshdeep
Basically in 2020 or before that particular year. I wanted to lose my weight, it was about 93Kg to 95kg, and then, I started my journey to lose weight eat less fast food and went to road and started walking daily at least 20KM daily, but results are not so visible for 6 to 7 months. I only lost 2 or 3 kg in 6 months, but then my inner motivation and some inspiration it happened and now I am happy for that day. So enroll now... For your better future and healthy life style. If you want to be fit on one date then you have to start now, not tomorrow.
