About Cynthia
Sometimes the hardest part of singing is just finding the courage to start. I spent 10 plus years gigging in Nashville and Austin before settling into my current role as a coach. Being self-taught means I prioritize practical technique over rigid classical theory.
My degree is pure experience gathered from hundreds of nights on stage. I focus on belting technique, diction, and artful phrasing to give you a signature sound.
Performance preparation is built into every session I host. You will learn to navigate stage fear while refining your unique artistic voice. I promise to keep our work together grounded in the reality of being a working musician.

Stepping onto a stage often triggers physical tension that ruins your breath support and pitch. You might feel your throat tighten just before you reach for those high notes.
I resolve this by teaching you how to use your body correctly to project power without strain. My approach includes sight singing and rhythm work to ensure you never lose your place in a complex pop or musical theatre arrangement.
Having taught 353 students, I know how to navigate the specific anxiety that comes with live performance. We spend time on exam prep and genre styling to ensure your delivery feels authentic to your own style. I enjoy seeing my students discover exactly what their voices can handle after only a few weeks of consistent practice.
