About Terangihaunui
I am a young Māori adult who hated the way I felt and looked which highly impacted my mental health so I decided to do something about it. I started training, getting into a wide range of sports during my schooling years and overall work on myself. But my passion is to take people young or old, fit or unfit and help them through their own personal journey to help them feel & look physically good, work on providing mental health support and overall love and care for everyone equally.

I am a personal trainer who will center your goals you are trying to reach and work my absolute best to help you achieve those goals, it could be losing weight, strength and speed training to overall training just to look good and feel good about yourself. I can provide face-to-face coaching while individualizing a workout plan and a basic nutrition plan as well if needed.
