About Joshua
Ballsports, athletics, weight training and martial arts for fitness purposes I have been practicing for 12 years, helping half a dozen over 50-year-olds to lose weight (up to 26kg), preparing 2 people for the police sport test, and currently assisting 4 more in building muscle. Because my workout does not need a gym and my nutritional plan does not necessarily contain any food supplements, you save money and time.
