About Juan
I am an 18 year old student, sporty and organized. I have been doing the sport of calisthenics for three years and the reason why I want to teach or train is because I want to transmit and contribute to other people everything that this sport has given me, skills such as discipline, motivation, the desire to continue improving and advancing, which are more than useful on a day-to-day basis.

I specialize in the sport known as calisthenics, which consists of using the weight of your own body, in addition to fitness.
As for the objective that I have about these classes, it is to provide you with the knowledge, discipline and motivation that this sport has given me during my years of experience (specifically 3 years). Many times we do not realize our potential by putting limits on ourselves, from my point of view with a little desire and attitude you can achieve everything you set out to do.
My training will consist of frequent supervision, in this way excessive stoppages or breaks in our process are avoided, in addition to preventing injuries; I offer to give face-to-face classes (in a calisthenics park in Madrid, Spain), at home (in the community of Madrid), and online (Skype). It would not be necessary to buy material, I have enough material for the activity.
