About Fadoia

As a young professional with a Master 2 in Finance, financial agency advisor option, I would like to make use of all my knowledge of banking and continue my professional career in England.

Serious and motivated, within the framework of my studies I have developed a spirit of analysis and synthesis, qualities of observation, listening and responsiveness.

My job as a risk and compliance analyst, which I currently practice at Société Générale, allows me to apply my skills. In particular, with the completion of checks on the Greater South West's contacts, expertise on complex issues (regulatory risk, embargo and sanction risks) and the transmission of suspicious cases to management. My total commitment within my position allows me to benefit from delegation of responsibility from my team manager.

With a strong professional experience in the banking sector also acquired at Natixis Financement, I have always applied my autonomy, my rigour, and my commercial skills for each of the positions I held in this agency. This allowed me to practice as a litigation and recovery manager, to develop and argue the commercial offer, as well as to train new employees in the position.

During my 12-month sandwich course, I was able to put forward a graduation project on the optimal management of credit risk in banks, and in particular to propose the creation of a credit restructuring agency dedicated to our customer base.

My teaching method it's to speak all time in french with students
I will put my seriousness, my diplomacy and my tenacity at the service of our mutual success. In addition, my husband is currently working at Vinci Construction in London, so I would have no mobility problems.
