About Elise
My name is Elise! I'm a 20 year old singer-songwriter that is based in West Auckland. I recently finished studying in December 2023 with a Diploma in Electronic Music Production at SAE. Prior to SAE, I studied at MAINZ Auckland where I focused more on songwriting and my skills in theory and piano.
When I first started out in the music field at 17, I could play piano and sing but I had little to no knowledge of music theory at all. This is something that I know a lot of people find very daunting when they first start out, which is what inspired me to start doing tutoring that was targeted at students or people who are interested in studying music but feel intimidated.

my lessons are one on one 60 minute lessons and targeted to late teens and older, who are at beginner level or have no knowledge of music theory and would like to have basic comprehension of how to read sheet music, understanding of rhythm, melody and harmony.
This is perfect for someone who is about to or is currently in study in the music field and would like to be one step ahead, or someone who has a passion for music, but has never been formally taught theory. My lessons are very flexible and can be catered to whether you are an instrument player (Rhythmic or Melodic instruments), or more into music production.
