About Clothilde

It was in 2016, in parallel with my studies in philosophy, that I discovered ashtanga, then vinyasa yoga. This experience was a real revelation that changed my relationship with the world. The practice of this art quickly became a necessity, a reason for living, a space of creativity, to shorten it, a source of vitality. Today I would like to share this passion with as much people as I can.

About the lesson

I am a vinyasa yoga teacher (certified at Clotilde Swartley' school)
I like to develop creative sessions combining vinyasa yoga, kriya yoga, pranayama and a bit of philosophy! This happy mixture allows you to always go further in the discovery of oneself and the world!

Clothilde m'a donné des cours particuliers de yoga quand on était à la fac ensemble, et c'était une super expérience ! J'ai progressé très vite, et les cours dans l'ensemble étaient très agréables - elle est drôle, à l'écoute sur ce que tu veux travailler, et dose bien le degré de spiritualité de ses cours en fonction de tes attentes. Je recommande !
