About Anusree
My name is Anusree Sreehari and I am from Wayanad. I completed a 1-year yoga course after high school and now I practice Surya Namaskar and basic yoga daily because it improved my health and calmness. I conduct classes every morning at 7 am and I want to share these simple techniques with beginners so they can also feel more flexible, relaxed, and energetic in daily life.
