About Morgan
One of my favorite quotes is:
"Nobody cares what you know...until they know how much you care."
This describes me very well, because I feel that while knowledge is useful, it does not compare with the care and attention to a client's needs.
I have lived a fitness lifestyle since I was a teenager, learning all I could about fitness and nutrition - living healthy, developing good self-supporting habits - and reaping the rewards from that.
I will help you achieve your version of that!
