About Caylin
I am a tutor with over 2 years of experience in tutoring curricular and extra-curricular subjects and skills, including Maths, Physical Sciences, English, Afrikaans, Leadership and Communication, Social Skills, Reading, Outdoor Survival Skills, Hiking, First Aid, Community Service, Health (Mental, Respiratory and Sexual), Visual Art, Animals (Reptiles, Fruit Trees, and Bird and Tree Identification), and Christianity. These have been both online and in-person through the COVID-19 pandemic.
My qualifications are Cambridge International AS and/or A Levels in Mathematics (Pure Math and Probabilities and Statistics), Physics, Biology and English, and Cambridge IGCSEs in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Afrikaans. I have certificates in ABRSM Grade 5 Pianoforte, UNISA Grade 5 Theory of Music, and LinkedIn Article Writing.
Despite all of the above, however, I am young and open-minded, not letting my experience close my eyes to the possibility and reality of learning more, even if it is at the exclusion of what I think I already know. I always encourage my students to ask questions - even if I do not have all the answers.
