About Luca
I am a passionate guitar tutor with a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music (Guitar) and over 11 years of playing and teaching experience. I blend academic knowledge with real-world performance skills to create practical and engaging lessons. My teaching covers rock, classical, folk, and blues, giving students a wide musical foundation. I enjoy helping both young learners and adult students discover their unique musical voice. My lessons focus on building strong technique while keeping creativity alive. I believe confidence grows when students understand both theory and practical playing. I guide learners step by step, from simple chords to advanced musical expression. Each session is adapted to match individual goals, pace, and musical interests. I emphasize tone control, rhythm accuracy, and expressive performance skills. I create a supportive learning space where students feel encouraged to experiment and grow. My aim is to help every student develop solid technical ability and lasting musical confidence. My guitar teaching methodology focuses on building strong basics while helping students enjoy music in a calm and mindful way. Tone awareness is important, so I teach how finger pressure, picking style, and posture shape the final sound. I include breathing with rhythm to help students stay relaxed and connected to the music. Lessons cover acoustic, electric, bass, classical, and modern playing styles. I also introduce simple music theory, improvisation, and songwriting skills to build confidence. Students learn how to use music as a mindfulness tool to reduce stress and improve focus. I support learners who want to record music by teaching studio basics, layering, and sound clarity. I also help students develop strong stage presence and performance energy for rock and live shows. Sessions are interactive, practical, and adjusted to each student’s goals and pace. My aim is to help every guitarist grow skills, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for playing.
