Designed for beginners, our practice is uplifting yet restorative practices incorporate elements of Yoga Pranayama (Breath), Vinyasa (Movement), and Nidra (Sleep). Come to find a moment of peace, while working on your physical body: Ignite - Lengthen - Focus - Rest I have over 3 years' experience as a yoga instructor and offered various sessions across Italy, Spain and the UK. Typically the session is 40 min long minimum. The practice will be tailored to any specific need.
