About Ginar

I am a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and have a teaching experience of 3 years. I have an experience of competitive Taekwondo of over 7 years. I was also the runner-up of CBSE Tournament held in Delhi, 2019.

About the lesson

I believe in learning by practice under supervision. My classes usually start with a light fitness session where we focus on warm up, rotations and dynamic stretches followed by detailed instructions for self defence techniques and I end with static stretching.
