About Clouden!
My name is Kristin Jawahir, but you can call me Kris. I am 19 years old and have tutored biology and English since I was 15. I was a peer tutor for my age group then, and now, in college, I have been hired and recommended to tutor botany and biology. I am most known for my English tutoring skills and have been hired many times to assist with grammar for students on the elementary and middle school levels. I have also taught biology on both levels and the college level! As an experienced tutor and STEM student, I am more than happy and eager to help out in any way I can. Both Biology and English language/literature are my passions, and it's my dream to teach and share both with you!

I teach with visuals, diagrams, and lots of analogies! My teaching style is very similar to that of a Crash Course video, especially when it comes to the sciences. When it comes to English, I teach it so that you'll memorize every literature and grammar term like it's a science too! Everything is a science with me, and once its a science, it can be boiled down to mush that you can memorize easily!
Typical lessons will consist of reviewing material, showing diagrams and videos, and reinforcing it at the end of each session. The biology lessons are for AP Biology, college prep biology, middle school biology. My english lessons are for middle school and high school level. I can also go up to AP literature and language.
