About Talhah
A bit about me: I’m a third-year medical student at the University of Bristol, and have managed to achieve an A* in my Physics A-Level, and an A in Maths and Chemistry. I’m familiar with the Edexcel, AQA and OCR exam boards, so can help you prepare for any of those exams.

Hi! My name’s Talhah. I’ll help you achieve the grades you want for GCSE and KS3 maths and physics. Lessons will be at your own pace, and I’ll break down difficult concepts into small chunks for you using online visual aids and questions. For me, this is the main reason I went into tutoring as it’s amazing to be able to help others understand and learn things in a way that’s fun and engaging, not just reading notes. In terms of teaching experience, I’ve taught in-person English to foreign nationals in groups of up to 30, so am well-equipped to deal with a wide range of ability and learning styles. For a typical 1 hour lesson, it would usually be starting with checking your understanding of the chosen topic, then filling in any gaps with an online whiteboard and explanation, then doing some questions to help cement the knowledge. The key would be working through material together at your pace, and making sure you fully grasp the key concepts.
