About Frederick
Hi there, my name is Freddie! I am from Cardiff in Wales, currently living in London as a student at UCL, studying medicine. In my spare time, I love to row, read and spend time with family and friends.
Getting onto a medical course was hard, so during my early years of education (GCSEs and A-levels) I made the most of all the help I could get. Namely, this help came in the form of private tuition. For my A-levels, chemistry and physics tutoring really helped me achieve the grades I needed to reach my goal.
For me, I always found one-to-one tutoring the best way for me to learn and stay engaged with the material at hand. I would get more done during that hour than any other time in the week! As someone who really benefitted from this form of learning, it made me think how much I would love to get involved and help those in a similar position to me in school.
