About Saumiya
I'm a fourth year dental student at King's College London :) As a student I have found maths and the sciences interesting, hence why I wanted to pursue a degree in that field. I am excited to pass on my knowledge to my tutees and I have a lot of experience tutoring students of all ages. Having sat the new exams, I understand how stressful they can be, therefore I hope to share tips which enabled me to achieve 9 Grade 9s at GCSEs and 3 A*s at A-levels, and aim to help you achieve your goals and boost your confidence! Also I have a lot of expertise on submitting strong medical/dental school applications, so I am excited to help aspiring medical/dental students as well.

Everyone has a unique learning style; therefore my lessons will be tailored to you, whilst making them as engaging as possible! The first lesson is about getting to know you, your goals and what you'd like to focus on, so that I can deliver material that is specific to you. After that, I'll produce lesson plans based off the specification for which you are studying. My lessons will incorporate time for going through core content, putting content into use by tackling exam questions and teaching you how to develop exam technique as well as time for you to ask questions or for me to incorporate further activities to consolidate your understanding. There will also be regular progress checks along the way, and access to lots of practice/past paper questions
