As a student myself, I know what it can be like to be overwhelmed with deadlines and to-do lists.
Over the years, I have developed effective stress-management and organization strategies that have helped many of the students I've tutored. These include CBT-based techniques, breathing and grounding exercises, as well as a 3-step plan of how to tackle even the most daunting of assignments or tasks.
