About Maia
I’m a current University student who understands how hard it is to tackle exams, especially in subjects you struggle with. I have witnessed the benefits of tutoring within my personal circle and understand the help it provides. I aim to make tutoring an enjoyable experience whilst still maintaining professionalism and focusing on your specific requirements.

I take a personal approach to tutoring, taking into consideration how someone may learn and also their natural essay style. My typical lesson could range from 30 minutes to 2 hours and will generally focus on essay technique. I have previously tutored an A-level English student who then went on to achieve an A. I also offer help with reading comprehension, and am happy to teach most ages.
