About Lakisha
Hi! I’m Lakisha Samuels and I’m passionate about helping students like you reach your full potential not just in exams, but in the way you think, learn, and grow. I’ve been through the ups and downs of education myself, and I know how much of a difference it makes when someone takes the time to explain things properly, believes in you, and adapts their teaching to suit how you learn best. That’s why I’ve chosen to become a tutor. I want to offer the kind of one-to-one support that transforms a student’s confidence, understanding, and results. Whether you’re struggling with a subject or aiming for top grades, I’m here to make learning less stressful and more effective. I care about teaching because I genuinely enjoy seeing people improve and realise what they’re capable of. If you’re ready to work together, I’ll be in your corner from day one — making sure you feel supported, challenged, and proud of your progress.

My approach to tutoring is simple: I tailor every session to you. No two students learn the same way, so I take the time to understand your strengths, weaknesses, and goals — then adapt my teaching to suit you personally. Whether you need help grasping tricky concepts, developing exam techniques, or building your confidence, I’m here not just to teach but to listen. I break things down clearly, stay patient when things get tough, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. What makes my tutoring different? Personalised Support: Every lesson is designed around your pace and learning style Clear Explanations: I simplify complex topics and explain them in ways that actually make sense Focus on Confidence: I help you believe in your abilities, not just improve your grades. Exam Smart: I bring real exam strategies and practice that get results — not just theory. Above all, I care about your success — not just academically, but in how you feel about your learning. If you’re ready to grow, I’m ready to help you get there.
