About Abiel
I am an independent writer, director and film maker. I achieved my undergraduate degree from UCSC in Global Economics. I was born and raised in Eritrea, east Africa, later migrating to the U.S. in 2007. I have a strong passion for storytelling.

My style of teaching is intentional and direct communication. I believe that there needs to be a mutual connection and understanding of the moment, word, and emotion between an actor and the director. This connection is what the art form is all about.
