My methodology is based mainly on the psychophysical actions of Grotowski. Work with texts chosen by the actor himself to explore his dramaturgical knowledge and to stimulate the actor to choose something completely related to his intimate. Depending on the temperament of the actor I make use of psychophysical trainings like the Training of the Theater Laboratorium of Grotowski, the Plastics of Rena Mirecka and the Laban System of Analysis of the Movement. As a result of the work, the actor or actress at a particular point in the research will have a completely accurate and intimate Psychophysical Score Sheet.
