I teach usually face-to-face class and individual class. I like to have always attention of students and to push them to participate and try without fear, especially in Elementary level: because it's always frustrating to start to speak without vocabulary and grammar. I use books, photocopies, newspaper, magazine and sometimes video. The content of the lessons, topics and course, depends on target to reach, so could be academic programs or individual tailored lessons. I like to interact and to find out what is important for the students, so that interest and hobby could help and lighten to study.
