About Eli
You likely understand that music is a discipline that requires both structure and creative freedom. My connection to the keyboard began in childhood, where I discovered that consistent practice is the only path to true proficiency. Throughout 7 years of teaching 210 students, I have refined my ability to integrate jazz improvisation, memorization techniques, sight transposition, sight reading, hand independence, and chord voicing into a coherent system. These skills serve as the foundation of my method, and I look forward to helping you reach your long-term performance goals.

Fluency in keyboard performance is a standard outcome for those who commit to the work. To be honest, the most challenging part of my lessons is the initial discipline required to master sight reading and hand independence. My training from the Royal College of Music ensures that every session incorporates rigorous technique and intentional chord voicing.
With 7 years of experience, I know that progress happens incrementally through the weekly practice modules assigned with every class. This approach provides a clear map for your development, ensuring that our time together is always productive and focused on the technical requirements of the instrument.
