About Elena
Hi! I’m Elena Felix, an Aerospace Engineering graduate from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, with years of hands-on experience in math, science, and engineering. For the past year, I’ve worked at an alternative school on California’s Central Coast as a math teacher and private tutor, and I will be moving to Colorado Springs in September. I personalize lessons by breaking down complex concepts with real-world examples and guided questions. Experienced with all ages—including students with ADHD and learning disabilities—I create an engaging, supportive environment that builds confidence, deepens understanding, and improves problem-solving skills in math and science.
