My teaching method is based on confidence boosting first of all, and giving my client an opportunity to be expressive, give life advice, I focus on improving the inward and the outward aspect of an individual or group, I focus on things which affect them most for example eating disorder, cravings, mental issues, and bodily issues, for me weight loss is more then just lossing weight is a change in attitude and having a character fit for someone to face the world and its challenges, a new way discovering yourself in your whole entirety cultivating a new self
