About Aiman
Hello everyone, welcome to my network. I'm Aiman Fayaz, graduated in BSc Radiology and Imaging Techniques from Sharda University Greater Noida. Previously worked as a professional science tutor with 2 years of experience in Teaching Science at KIE J&K. Hard work and determination are key aspects in defining who I am. I'm a learner who also believes in constant upgrading of knowledge. As an individual, I'm an open communicator with the ability to effectively interact with Students as well as their respective Guardians. My dream is to find a job where I can thrive my knowledge in the Educational Industry. My quest for learning and growing continues.

As a Teacher, it is imperative to create a conducive learning environment i.e. Connecting Teaching to Reality. For learning to be fruitful and teaching to be complete, learning methods need to be holistic. This means that as a teacher, it will be my responsibility to connect theory to practice. Use ample real-life examples that are relevant to the students to connect to the new concepts and knowledge that I'll be trying to teach them. Teaching is not just about passing on information from you to the students; instead, instructional teaching methods discourage rote learning and enhance student understanding of concepts.
