About Lynna
Hello! I’m Lynna and I’m currently a Health Sciences student at Queen’s looking to tutor Biology up to high school level in Kingston! I’m also an IB alumni and would be able to provide tutoring specifically for IB HL/SL Biology. I believe in leveraging every student's strength to their advantage, in order to learn the way that feels most natural to them!

What distinguishes me as a tutor is my dedication to creating a personalized learning experience, as I believe every learner is unique. As someone experienced in designing learning and education programs for young students, I excel in understanding my students, what motivates them, their unique learning styles, and providing tailored tutorials to enhance their learning experience and outcomes.
Biology can often seem like a daunting subject, which is why my goal is to break complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts and processes. We will go over the topics that most students find difficult, and I will create personal lesson plans for each session to ensure your success! Furthermore, I will be able to provide textbook resources, homework help, and any other support you might need.
I am currently offering 1-hour online lessons through Zoom, as well as in-person at Kingston Frontenac Public Library - Central Branch. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
