I am very pleased to write this personal reference for Alicia, who I recommend without reservation. I have known Alicia since her early childhood; she is a highly intelligent and creative person, with a very warm, engaging and kind personality. Alicia has achieved great success academically with her dedication and focus and demonstrated unfailingly her passion and enthusiasm to work with children. She has worked with a wide age range of children, beginning when she herself was still at school working with teenagers facing a variety of challenges, and then after leaving school applied her focus to a six month nursery placement. Alicia continued with drive and commitment working with children on varied and complex educational projects in Manchester and Tanzania.

Alicia is a very positive person, quick thinking, and adaptable and will have sensible reactions in all circumstances. She is also an excellent communicator, a good listener, patient and able to explain concepts and ideas very clearly. Alicia’s educational and academic success, her integrity and personal attributes, all combined, will enable her to provide an exceptional tutoring experience and I wish Alicia every future success.
