About Joseph
My names Joseph and I'm from Los Angeles. I've always loved martial arts. I started boxing around 5 years ago. I ended up assisting the coach and teaching the basics to the newbies at the gym. I started training for my first MMA bout 2 years ago.

I'll start with the fundamentals of stance, basic punches and footwork and then we'll put on the gloves and hit the mitts. We'll also be doing some cardio (jump rope, pushups, burpees, etc.). Not only will you learn how to throw a punch but you'll get fit and have fun too!
