About Georgia
I took HL English Literature and Language for my International Baccalaureate - where I achieved 40.
I then went on to study English at Durham University where I obtained a high 2:1 and a 1st in my Dissertation.
I am currently tutoring a 17 year old in English lit preparing for his A levels. And have also provided extensive essay editing help to GCSE students. I love editing essays!! Genuinely. Hit me up if you want anything properly checked.
I am training to be an actor and did my actor training at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney - and thus will also be able to help with any oral presentations/general confidence boosting.

My teaching method is catered to the individual - initially I will try to understand how the student prefers learning (even if they do not know themselves!) as everyone learns differently.
I prefer to have open discussions with students to try and get them to voice their own opinions rather than spoon feed them ideas. I think learning to have your own interpretation is extremely important - especially once under pressure in exams.
