About Nausicaa
Hi, I’m Nausicaa, a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in London.
For the past 10 years I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse, so I know first-hand how difficult it can be to balance work, long shifts and a healthy lifestyle. That’s one of the reasons I became a coach—I wanted to help busy women realise that getting fit doesn’t have to take over their lives.
I don’t believe in restrictive diets or cutting out the foods you enjoy. Instead, I help people build realistic habits they can stick to long term, so they can make progress and achieve their goals
