About Harinee

Hi, I’m Harinee — a passionate dancer and teacher with over 15 years of experience in performing and choreographing. I specialize in semi-classical, folk, and Bollywood dance styles, blending tradition with expression and energy in every routine. My journey in dance began with Bharatanatyam, which gave me a strong foundation in rhythm, grace, and storytelling. I'm currently pursuing my Kathak degree, further expanding my understanding of classical movement and expression. Over the years, I’ve led college teams, choreographed for stage performances, and taught students across different age groups. Whether you're a beginner or someone returning to dance after a break, I create a warm and encouraging space where you can learn at your own pace, express yourself, and truly enjoy dancing. If you’re looking to learn beautiful, expressive routines rooted in Indian culture — you’re in the right place. Let’s move, express, and celebrate dance together!

About the lesson

As a dancer with over 15 years of experience, I bring energy, grace, and creativity into every class. I believe dance should be expressive, joyful, and accessible to all. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your style, my goal is to make you feel confident, connected, and inspired through movement.

Teaching Techniques & Methods
My approach combines:

Step-by-step choreography breakdowns for easy learning

Focus on expressions, body language, and grace

Rhythm training through repetition and beat counts

Creative interpretation of lyrics and music

Drills and flow techniques to improve coordination and stage presence

I ensure students not only learn the moves but also understand how to perform with emotion and energy — especially important in semi-classical and Bollywood styles.

Class Structure
Each session includes:

Warm-up – Light stretches and movement flow

Drills & technique practice – To improve control and fluidity

Choreography session – Learning a routine, line by line

Expression and styling tips – To bring life to the performance

Cool-down + Q&A – Gentle stretches and student feedback

All classes are tailored based on the student’s level and pace — no pressure, just pure learning and fun!

What Makes My Classes Special
Easy-to-follow teaching style

Supportive and non-judgmental space

Creative, trending, and soulful routines

Focus on confidence and stage presence

Flexible for all age groups and experience levels

Who Can Join?
My classes are perfect for:

My classes are open to all age groups — whether you're a child, teen, college student, working professional, or someone exploring dance later in life.
