About Moshe

Hi, I’m Moshe, a certified architect with more than 20 years of international experience. I help architecture students who feel stuck with their concepts, unsure how to develop their projects, or preparing portfolios for architecture school and job applications.

I studied architecture in Florence, Italy and have worked on projects in several countries around the world. Alongside my professional work, I’ve spent many years mentoring architecture students and helping them move their ideas forward. I understand what professors are looking for in studio reviews and what universities expect in a strong portfolio.

Many students come to me when they feel lost with a concept, discouraged after critiques, or unsure how to present their ideas clearly. In our sessions, we work through your project together. I help you turn your ideas into clear architectural concepts, improve your sketches and drawings, and develop your project so it becomes stronger and more convincing.

I support students with portfolio preparation for architecture school, studio projects, concept development, sketching, design thinking, presentations, and interview preparation. Whether you are a high school student applying to architecture programs or a university student trying to push your project to the next level, I will help you find direction and confidence in your work.

If you feel stuck with your project or want a professional perspective on your portfolio, feel free to reach out and tell me what you’re working on. I’ll be happy to help.

You do not need to arrive with architectural experience or a finished collection of projects. A successful admission portfolio should reveal curiosity, imagination, observation, experimentation and the ability to develop an idea through a creative process.

In these individual online lessons, I guide high school students step by step through the creation of an original portfolio for architecture school admission. Students develop projects through drawing, photography, painting, collage, conceptual sketching, model-making, material experiments and spatial studies. A simple starting point—such as rhythm, memory, identity, movement, light, sound or transformation—can gradually become a sophisticated visual and spatial investigation.

My five-stage method moves from inspiration and reference research to study sketches, diagrams, working models and a resolved final project. Students learn not only how to create a final piece, but also how to document and communicate the thinking, experiments and development behind it. We also work on selecting the strongest projects, organizing the portfolio, creating balanced pages and presenting an authentic personal voice.

I do not create the portfolio for the student or force everyone into the same visual style. My role is to discover each student’s individual strengths and help them transform their interests into meaningful creative work. The lessons are supportive, challenging and adapted to the student’s level, target universities and application schedule. Parents can also receive guidance about planning, materials, deadlines and the overall admission process.
