About Bharti
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, and I want to teach yoga to my students because in today's times, when everything is moving so fast and there's a lot of noise, we are forgetting that we are meant to slow down and live a peaceful life. That's our nature; peace and happiness are our true nature. And yoga can be one way to get closer to it.
