As a tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience, I have developed a variety of research-based tutoring techniques that have proven to be successful in helping students reach their academic goals. I possess the flexibility to tailor my teaching approach to accommodate the unique requirements of each individual. My training has equipped me with research-based tools, which have proven to be remarkably successful within my department. Specifically, I employ the Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract (CPA) style, known for its exceptional effectiveness in capturing learners' attention. My instructional methods are cantered on making lessons captivating and relevant, consistently integrating real-life examples to facilitate a deeper understanding of the concepts

Commencing every lesson with a High Intensity Retrieval exercise is a practice I adhere to. This approach has been empirically demonstrated as the most potent method for cementing learning in long-term memory, a phenomenon elucidated by the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.
