I have been studying Buddhism and meditation for 5 years, along with Usui Reiki at the Second Degree. I find that conversations, and getting to know students on an individual level is the best way to learn.

I am willing to allow intermediate and advanced meditators and spiritual practitioners to join in lessons privately for little to no cost, simply to enhance their own meditating experience. This is only allowed in group lessons, as private teaching has to be, well, private!
If you cannot make it to an online lesson, no problem! I can sort out a refund.
