About Brendan
I hold a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University, and have spent many years working in the arts while maintaining my own multidisciplinary practice. I have never stopped learning about art over decades of practice from teenager to middle age. I have taught classes before for several years and am aware of common roadblocks to progress.

We will tackle various approaches to seeing and recording with traditional media as well as building the form from scratch, bridging memory and imagination. Drawing from life is essential to start with, and from there you can branch out, not only learning geometry hacks but the language of line and perspective to capture 3 dimensionality in any medium.
