"Technical precision is often the enemy of musicality, which is why I prioritize the logic behind the notes before asking for speed. My training at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music taught me that playing is a mental exercise as much as a physical one.
I have spent 13 years helping nervous beginners and grade-exam candidates find clarity in complex scores. I focus heavily on dynamics, expression, and rhythm to ensure your playing sounds intentional. We address hand independence and posture to keep you comfortable, while music theory and sight playing fill the gaps in your knowledge. My process integrates scales, arpeggios, and chord voicing to build a foundation that feels natural and logical."
