About Jay
I have learned yoga in person from a yogi of a famous spiritual tradition of India. I myself reside in Gandhinagar city of Gujarat state, India. I want to make people aware of the true purpose of yoga so that they don't see it just as a form of exercise to get healthy.

I teach Ashtang Yoga in a very basic and simple manner which is easy to understand for anyone. The blessings of my Master are always there in whatever I teach. My Master himself is a yogi of a spiritual tradition.
